Transforming Lives Through Sport
Founded in 2004, United Through Sport has been delivering unforgettable international sports experiences for thousands of volunteers and interns each year, using sport to drive meaningful change in disadvantaged communities. What began in South Africa has grown into a global movement, with projects across Argentina, the Caribbean, Ghana, Mauritius, Thailand, and beyond.
We believe that sport is an incredible tool to bring people together. Through sport, we improve education, promote health, and develop life skills, creating opportunities for young people.

Our projects are carefully curated to guarantee our participants make a meaningful impact in the local community. As a registered charity, we direct funds to local services such as food, accommodation, training, and staff.
Diversity of Experience
Our trips offer an incredibly diverse experience. As well as your sports and community placement, we also offer a great deal of optional excursions: bungee jumping, shark cage diving, wildlife experiences and much more.
